New Pool Co. (“New Pool”, “we”) respects the privacy of everyone who visits newpool.com.sa or contacts us through it. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why we handle it and the choices you have, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.
Scope
This policy covers the website, the project brief form, and any email or call you start through the site. It does not cover third-party websites you reach through links.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, company, email, phone number, project location, the type of facility you are planning and any details or files you include in a project brief or email.
- Technical information: when a page loads, our hosting provider receives standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. Fonts are hosted with the website. If you choose to view the map on the contact page, Google Maps loads and receives similar data under Google’s own privacy policy.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this website.
How the project brief form works
When you submit the project brief form, the details you enter are sent securely to New Pool through a form-processing service that delivers them to our team by email. The service handles the data on our behalf and only to deliver your request. We use these details to respond to your enquiry.
Why we use your information

- To manage contracts, site work, commissioning and maintenance if you become a client.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, although no transmission or storage method is completely secure. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client project records for the period required by contract, warranty and applicable law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised securely.
Your rights
You may ask to be informed about how your data is used, to access or obtain a copy of it, to correct it, to have it deleted when it is no longer needed, to withdraw your consent, and to stop receiving marketing messages.
